The World Affairs Councils of America/World in Transition (WACA/WIT) Flagship Program Task force is an advisory body overseeing the WACA/WIT initiaitve. The Task Force works to expand the Flagship Program to new councils, come up with ideas to improve the program, strengthen fund-raising efforts, and generate new fund-raising ideas.
Current members include Jerry Leach (national office), Peter While (SCIS), Curtis Mack (Los Angeles World Affairs Council), John Rossi (World Affairs Council of Greater Richmond), Lisa Maruyama (Pacific and Asian Affairs Council), Sky Foerster (World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh), and Chris Brown (SCIS). The Task Force was initiatied in the Summer of 2005 by Jerry Leach in Washington.
